I started my digging before mine was approved then they sent a letter to say my plan was in the wrong place and I had to move it. It was too close to an easement at the back. Lost a lot of time effort and money.
Ed. It's not always as clear as you think, when starting a project like this. A lot of money rides on your project...have some patience and do it right. M.
