As a kit homes Australia supplier PAAL use 1.8 metre frames (easy to move/stand), have good owner builder support, descriptive inclusions and PC items and great plans/designs. The prices lsited seem higher than most kit homes, but, take a look at their inclusions...they provide brick allowances, plumbing fixtures and drains, a kitchen, tools...much much more than a regular provider. Awesome.
