The Alpine kit home plan is designed for those who enjoy open spaces, natural light, and a sense of flow that carries from one end of the house to the other. This layout blends relaxed living with practical design, making it ideal for families or anyone wanting a home that feels generous without wasting space. The plan features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a double garage, and a series of linked indoor-outdoor living zones that stretch across the front and rear of the home.
The heart of the Alpine is its long, central living core. The living and dining areas run almost the full width of the house and sit beneath a raking ceiling, giving the interior a greater volume and a loft-like openness.
