Rockhampton is a modern 4 bedroom kit home offered by iBuild. It has a stylish flat roofed frontage with double garage. A small wrap around porch aids entry to the open plan living, kitchen and dining areas utilising the light from floor to ceiling porch glass. The plan has a separated family area which could double as a media room and can access the covered alfresco area behind the garage.
The master bedroom has a walk in robe and ensuite as well as access to a private covered deck area. There is a bank of 3 bedrooms adjacent to the bathroom, WC and laundry precinct.
The plan has 175sqm under roof including porched and alfresco area, and is priced at $94,384 for a full kit including internal linings and doors as well as a 'Completion' kit, so that's great value.
