Ready kit home floor plans

Just wanted to comment on what you are saying regarding looking at all the house plan sites and taking one of their plans to a kit builder to build. This must raise the cost of the building plans considerably. The home floor plans pre-drawn by the kit home provider are designed for their systems to be easily built by you and I. Getting a complex floorplan working in a kit is asking for trouble.
